Manufacturing

Nearly 100% of the components of SERAPID stage and orchestra lifts are manufactured in Michigan.
We are compliant with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance standards.

Assembly/Testing

• The assembly process is performed by qualified technicians with many years of experience with the SERAPID  lift columns. During this process, all the lift parts are rigorously checked to ensure compliance with the specifications.
• Each SERAPID stage or orchestra platform lift system goes through rigorous testing on our shop floor prior to shipment.

Installation/Commissioning

By following this rigorous manufacturing process, SERAPID eliminates the guess work that goes with field installs. Our systems are straightforward and easy to install, using detailed and accurate layout drawings provided by SERAPID.
We supply complete installation services, as well as installation supervision for your crew.

Maintenance/Service

SERAPID lift systems are very reliable and safe, and require little maintenance.Our systems ship lubricated for the first 1000 cycles, or first six months of operation (whichever happens first). Our staff is happy to assist with any maintenance that may be required. We recommend the first maintenance be performed by a SERAPID technician.
