Telescopic Lift Columns

SERAPID Lift Columns are made for high cycle, heavy duty, self-guided lifts, work platforms, and scissor lifts.  These lifitng columns are especially suited for heavy loads, long strokes and harsh environments.  They are used in a number of applications, including manufacturing, theatre, military, automotive and general industrial applications.

LinkLift Series Lift Columns
LinkLift lifting columns provide a range of dynamic load capacity from 2,200 lbs to 30,000 lbs with maximum stroke ranges up to 23’ (additional heights available with intermediate guidance provisions).

Features and Benefits

  • Reliability
  • Positive, accurate and repetitive positioning
  • Vertical movement
  • Custom designs with virtually unlimited options
  • Vertical speeds up to 2’/second
  • Low retracted height

HD (Heavy Duty) Rigid Chain Lift Columns
SERAPID HD Lift columns provide lifting solutions for heavy duty, high cycle applications.  Standard models cover applications up to 50 tons at a practically unlimited stroke length.  Special versions allow for operation in harsh environments.

Features and Benefits

  • Positive, accurate and repetitive positioning
  • Vertical transfer speeds: Up to 2’/second
  • Self lubrication oil bath system
  • Mechanical system built for heavy-duty industrial applications.
  • Long list of options and design variations
  • Capacity range: up to 11,200 lbf
  • Stroke range: up to 8 ft.

ChainLift
The ChainLift lifting column was developed from SERAPID's original push-pull chain.  The links are reinforced with double plates, four driving rollers, plus larger guide rollers, making the chain capable of lifting.

Features and Benefits:

  • Positive, Accurate and Repetitive positioning
  • Transfer Speed:  200 mm/s (40 ft/s)
  • Maximum Capacity:  20kN (4500 lbf)
  • Maximum Stroke Length:  up to 4 ft.
