SERAPID Die Transportation systems cover virtually any requirement posed by current manufacturing methods,  including very heavy dies -  up to 100 tons or more - or for example, automated die exchange in an entire line of presses.

Single-stage Die Carts on Rails, Operator on Board

• Designed to cover long distances between die storage and press
• Die carts can be adapted to suit various application needs, such as coming equipped with custom loading extensions or lifting devices
• Offer the best efficiency and repeatable exchange time -  even over long distances
• Ideal for serving several presses in a line

Single-stage Die Carts on Rails, Pedestrian-controlled

• Individually designed incorporating standard components
• They can be equipped with custom loading bolster extensions, turntables or lifting devices
• Frequently used together with staging tables on which dies are prepared during press uptime

Double-stage Die Carts on Rails, Pedestrian-controlled

• Individual die transfer systems on each platform
• The new die can be prepared during press uptime
• Carts can be loaded with cranes or fork trucks

Domino Die Transfer System

• Changes the dies in an entire line of automated presses at the same time
• Very short exchange time as the die is prepped during press up time the change can be completed in less than three minutes!
• Each system is designed and built according to the individual application
